How WISPWolf's Partner Referral Program Works
We believe in complete transparency. Here's exactly what happens when you choose to connect with an MSP or insurance partner.
Is this automatic?
No. You will only ever be matched with a partner if you click the referral button and submit the form yourself. Signing up, taking the quiz, or generating a WISP never automatically shares your information.
What information do you share?
For MSP referrals: your name, email, company, phone, compliance score, and a list of your top security gaps. For insurance referrals: your name, email, company, phone, compliance score, and a Compliance Evidence Package PDF. We never share your clients' data, passwords, financial details, or the contents of the WISP document itself.
Do you get paid for referrals?
Yes — we're transparent about this. WISPWolf receives compensation from MSP and insurance partners when a referral is made. This does not affect your score, your WISP content, or which partners are shown to you. Partners are matched by geographic location and industry.
Can I undo a referral?
Once your contact information has been sent to a partner, WISPWolf cannot retrieve it from their systems. You can contact the partner directly to request removal. Going forward, you can opt out of future referrals at any time in your account settings.
Who are the partners?
MSP partners are vetted Managed Service Providers who specialize in cybersecurity and compliance for small businesses. Insurance partners are licensed cyber insurance brokers and agents. All partners agree to WISPWolf's partner terms before receiving any leads.
